This meditation was created for an online writing workshop called The Blue Boat, which Holly Wren Spaulding and I co-hosted last night. Deep gratitude to everyone who came along to experience reading and writing as a form of travel. Even if you weren’t there though, I hope you will enjoy taking a journey in the imaginal realm—perhaps arriving to your notebook afterwards to write if you feel inspired to.
